Questions

What exactly does my customer see?

A short form on their phone. When they tap send, WhatsApp opens with their answers already typed, addressed to you.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?

No. It works with any WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number.

How do I put it in front of customers?

Share your form link in your Instagram bio, Google Business profile or Facebook page, print the QR code, or embed the form on your website.

What if a customer doesn't tap send?

The response is still saved in your dashboard, so you can follow up.

What counts as a response?

One completed form. Views and unfinished forms don't count, and your count resets on the 1st of each month.

What happens if I go over my plan?

Your forms keep working and every response is still saved. WhatsApp just opens without the answers filled in until you upgrade or the month resets.
